Our members bring specialized experience in Fair and Fast, the First Time. Lake AircraftOur Lake team is headed up by Phil Baker, former Chief Operating Officer of the Lake Group, factory Quality Control Manager/DMIR (FAA PC #113), Repair Station Director of Maintenance (FAA CRS # RW5R186N, MMF #1148), Lake Aircraft Product Support Manager, IA, A&P, and DAR. Phil's extensive Lake experience spans two decades.The rest of the Lake team is comprised of former Lake Aircraft and Aerofab employees, and represent Quality Control Management, Production Management, Inspection, Fabrication, Product Support, Technical Support, Aircraft Maintenance, Engineering, Flight Instruction, and more. Absolute Aviation also provides FAA DAR services through Phil Baker, DER services through Jack Tarbox, and Lake Flight Training through Steve Reep and Pete Thompson. We also work closely with the Lake Aircraft Type Certificate holder, Revo, Inc., and the aircraft sales team at Team Lake, LLC.
